What can I use ClipnClink charms on?
Our charms are designed for handbags, totes, backpacks, keys, pouches, phone cases with loops, and other compatible accessories. Always check that the clasp is fully closed before use.
Can I mix different charms together?
Absolutely. Clip, layer, and rearrange them to create your own combination. For a balanced look, try one statement plush charm with one smaller beaded or bow accent.
Will colors look exactly the same as shown?
We photograph products as accurately as possible, but colors can vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, and production batches.
Are the charms suitable for children?
Our products are fashion accessories, not toys. Some styles contain small parts and are not suitable for young children. Adult supervision is recommended.
How do I care for my charm?
Keep it away from water, perfume, cosmetics, excessive friction, and prolonged sunlight. Spot-clean plush styles gently with a soft damp cloth and allow them to air dry. Do not machine wash unless the product page specifically says it is safe.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will try to help, but once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.
