Eligible unused ClipnClink items may be returned after contacting us within 14 days of delivery. Please request return instructions before sending an item back.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging. Personalized items, final-sale items, gift cards and items showing signs of use may not be returnable.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after delivery and include the order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. ClipnClink will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
